Real Estate Forecast Calls For?

This appears to be an interesting site for housing and economic forecasts. This is a great time for data and forecasts that are not overly bullish as we have seen from some sources in the past. It would be interesting to see a study of buyers who have the means even in a down market to see if they are still out there shopping. My guess is the weather will drive them to find warmer locations, ultimately. Nothing like a harsh winter to drive sales in warmer points south.
